Notice of Cancellation of June 30, 2022

Please be advised that, pursuant to Health-General Article § 21-2C-03(e)(1)(ii), the June 30, 2022, special session meeting scheduled for 2:00 P.M. has been canceled. The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held on July 25, 2022, at 2:00 P.M

The Board will meet on June 30, 2021, at 2:00 pm, for a special session to vote on contracts for the 2023 fiscal year and an update on the agency transition. In the interest of public health and safety, the June Board Meeting will be held virtually. Please register for the meeting here. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with information about joining the webinar. PDAB staff politely requests that you mute your line after entering the meeting.

As provided in the Agenda below, the Board has set aside an opportunity for public comment during the meeting. In the interest of holding an orderly, efficient meeting, public comments must concern agenda items for this meeting and will be subject to a time limit of one minute and thirty seconds per comment. You may view the agenda for this meeting below. If you are interested in securing a slot to speak to the Board, please email support.pdab@maryland.gov at least one week prior to the day of the meeting with (1) your name, (2) your address, and (3) the agenda item your comment will address. MEETING NOTICE: The next meeting of the Maryland Prescription Drug Affordability Board is scheduled for Monday May 23, 2022 at 2:00 PM EST. This meeting will be held in person at the Maryland House Office Building in the Appropriations Hearing Room:

The Prescription Drug Affordability Board regularly meets on the fourth Monday of every other month. The Board may add additional meetings or adjust its schedule as necessary.
