  • PROPOSED REGULATIONS: The Maryland Prescription Drug Affordability Board proposes to adopt new Regulations .01—.04 under a new chapter, COMAR 14.01.06 Implementation and Monitoring of Upper Payment Limits.  The text of the proposed regulations are available in the June 12, 2026 edition of the Maryland Register located here.​ For more information please visit the proposed regulations page of the PDAB website hereComments will be accepted through July 13, 2026. ​

  • PROPOSED REGULATIONS: The Maryland Prescription Drug Affordability Board proposes to adopt two new Regulations under a new Chapter COMAR 14.01.07 Upper Payment Limit:
     .01 Upper Payment Limit for Jardiance (empagliflozin); and
    .02 Upper Payment Limit for Ozempic (Semaglutide).
