• Written Comment Request: 
  ​In accordance with COMAR 14.01.05.06D(4), staff has posted its recommendation for a proposed UPL amount and methodology for Jardiance and Farxiga and is hereby requesting public written comment. Comments may be submitted in accordance with COMAR 14.01.01.05B(4) by close of business, Wednesday, March 4, 2026.  More information can be found here​. ​​​
