August 2021 Special Prescription Drug Affordability Board Meeting

The Board will meet on August 17, 2021, at 9:00 am, for a special session to vote on whether to adopt the proposed regulations published in the Maryland Register on July 2, 2021.

As provided in the Agenda below, the Board has set aside an opportunity for public comment during the meeting. In the interest of holding an orderly, efficient meeting, public comments must concern agenda items for this meeting and will be subject to a time limit of one minute and thirty seconds per comment. Written Comment
The Board also provides the public with the opportunity to provide written comments on pending business. Written comments may be submitted via [email protected] at any time. PDAB staff will provide the comments to the Board at regular intervals and prior to each meeting.
