Entities that are eligible to respond to the Data Request are Covered Entities and 340B Manufacturers. Certain entities have received a direct Data Request by e-mail from the Board. An entity that has not received a Data Request from the Board may submit relevant information in accordance with 2024 Md. Laws, Chap. 962 (HB 1056).
Submitters should provide information responsive to this Data Request within 30 days of the date of posting (Posted: Wednesday, March 11, 2026; Due Date: Friday, April 10, 2026).

Overview
Under 2024 Md. Laws, Chap. 962 (HB 1056), the Maryland Prescription Drug Affordability Board (PDAB) may require covered entities and 340B manufacturers to report information as necessary to complete a study on the implementation, impact, and finances of the 340B program in Maryland.
Purpose
The accompanying Data Request is being conducted to collect information for the 340B report explained above. PDAB intends to analyze the data and present findings in the 340B report; analysis will include but not be limited to aggregate totals, ranges, averages, and trends. This data collection is only authorized for the purpose of this 340B study and associated report.
Directions
If your entity would like to designate certain data elements as confidential, trade-secret, or proprietary, please email a document containing the following information to PDAB at [email protected].
Identification of data elements that are to be treated as confidential, trade-secret, or proprietary
Designate by referring to the excel template (column number, column title, cell number, etc.)
Certification that data elements listed in (1) have been treated by your entity as confidential, trade-secret, or proprietary
Certification that data elements listed in (1) are not publicly available
Explanation of steps taken on behalf of your entity to protect the data elements listed in (1) from disclosure
